P-HUB System
P-HUB (Prewired Universal Electrical Junction Box Hub System)
An Internationally Patented Modular Plug-and-Play Electrical Wiring System Built for the Realities of Modern Construction
1. WHAT IS P-HUB SYSTEM
The world’s first patented modular electrical installation platform, moving purpose-built wire assemblies from the chaotic job site into a controlled factory environment.
-
Pre-Engineered Star Topology
A robust electrical infrastructure featuring a centralised distribution hub and pre-terminated wire harnesses that eliminate manual stripping and splicing.
-
All-In-One Distribution Zone
A single, organized footprint that effortlessly manages your lighting circuits, smart switches, ceiling fans, and smoke alarms.
2. WHY P-HUB SYSTEM MATTERS
-
Compliance First Approach
- Built-in compliance: Full documentation aligns seamlessly with AS/NZS 3000 standards.
- Complete transparency: Traceable test and inspection pathways streamline your handover.
Australian Manufacturer/Responsible Supplier: E22376
-
Cost and Labour Saving
- Proven efficiency: Case studies show 60% labor savings and 100% eliminated cable waste.
- Flawless execution: Delivered with zero wiring faults.
-
Faster Installations
- Off-site assembly: Eliminates risky on-site terminations and costly rework.
- Clearer spaces: Significantly reduces congestion in walls and ceilings.
- Less strain: Lowers reliance on heavy manual labour without sacrificing quality.
-
Elevate Site Safety
- Safer crews & cleaner sites: Pre-manufactured, factory-tested harnesses keep work zones clear.
- Reduced risk: Drastically cuts down on loose joins, exposed conductors, and wiring congestion.
- Strict quality control: Built in a controlled environment for ultimate reliability.
-
Factory Testing & Traceability
- Fast-tracked commissioning: Unique harness IDs and precise QA records speed up handovers.
- Clarity by design: Cleaner, audit-ready commissioning packs.
-
Programme Efficiency
- Schedule freedom: Decouple electrical rough-ins from rigid building timelines.
- Smooth workflows: Eliminate trade congestion and traffic jams in walls and ceilings.
3. HOW THE P-HUB SYSTEM WORKS
(a)-Design & Coordinate
Electric Harness Systems (EHS) establish electrical layouts, device schedules, switching requirements, hub locations and harness routes from the project drawings.
(b)-Manufacture & Test
P-HUB assemblies and numbered harnesses are manufactured in our factory and tested off-site in a controlled environment.
(c)-Plug and Play Delivery Install & Connect
The site electrician installs the hub and pre-manufactured harnesses during rough-in. Devices and switches are connected using their designated plug-and-play connections.
No wire stripping, no terminal twisting, no guesswork
(d)-Future-Ready Adaptability
Need to upgrade to smart building controls later?
The P-Hub System modular framework supports rapid system upgrades with virtually zero structural disruption.
(e)Test & Commission
Numbered circuits, harness identification and defined architecture simplify testing, fault isolation and project handover.
4. WHERE THE P-HUB SYSTEM FITS BEST
-
Repeated High-Rise Typologies
Perfect for multi-level commercial and high-density residential builds where layouts repeat sequentially floor-by-floor.
-
Modular & Volumetric Prefab
Seamlessly integrates into factory-built pods, modular homes, and off-site volumetric manufacturing pipelines.
-
Specialized High-Density Layouts
Engineered to bring maximum efficiency to modern housing estates and high-density developments.
-
Marine Applications
Engineered to maximise installation efficiency, reliability, and consistency across modern marine applications, shipbuilding, and vessel construction.
5. WHO IS THE P-HUB SYSTEM FOR
-
Developers
Reduce programme risk and support repeatable delivery across towers
-
Builders / D&C
Improve buildability, reduce defects, and simplify staging.
-
Electrical Contractors
Fewer terminations, cleaner rough-in, clearer commissioning packs.
-
Consultants / Certifiers
Traceability + defined architecture supports compliance review.
6. WHAT THE P-HUB SYSTEM IS NOT
-
Not a Switchboard
The P-HUB is not a main switchboard or circuit breaker panel. It is an advanced, centralised distribution framework that sits
downstream from your primary switchboard to streamline localised wiring to lights, fans, switches and smoke alarms.

FAQs
What Is the P-HUB System?
A modular electrical wiring platform that uses a central Hub
as a star-point for pre-wired harnesses, replacing much of traditional
point-to-point wiring for typical room-to-room circuits.
Does it replace the switchboard?
NO - The P-HUB System is NOT a protection device – it is a
distribution hub.
Is it suitable for high-rise apartments?
YES - especially where typologies repeat (1BR/2BR/3BR stacks), enabling consistent installations and scalable Quality Assurance.
Is it suitable for Modular Homes?
Yes, designed for modular and prefabricated buildings and installed in a factory environment.
Can it work with smart switches and sensors?
YES - compatible with smart control strategies and future
upgrades, subject to project-specific selections and approvals.
How do approvals and compliance work?
We provide drawings, circuit architecture, harness
schedules, and a compliance/test approach to support certifiers, builders, and
electrical contractors through review and commissioning.
Where does it fit in the project lifecycle?
Early - during design/VE and coordination. Once typologies
and device schedules are confirmed (typically lights, fans, switches),
harnesses can be manufactured off-site to support rapid installation.
Where is it Manufactured?
The entire P-HUB System is manufactured in Gold Coast, Australia supporting local Trade resources.
Is the P-Hub System designed for Australian electrical compliance?
Yes. The P-HUB System is designed and manufactured with reference to AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 61535:2011, subject to project-specific design, selection, installation, testing, and certification requirements.
EESS Registered Responsible Supplier No:E22376 All applicable products are fully compliant with AS/NZS electrical safety standards.
