P-HUB Engineered Solution
Engineered for drability, repeatability, and clean commissioning on high-density sites
-
Plug and play Harness architecture
Pre-engineered hub + Harnesses for Lighting, switches, fans & smoke Alarm.
Built for Repeated Typologies
-
Faster install, fewer touchpoints
Reduce on-site terminations and rework by shifting assembly off site.
Less congestion in ceilings and walls
-
Compliance first approach
Documentation to support design review and commissioning (e.g., AS/NZS 3000 alignment)
Traceable Test & Inspect Pathway
-
Factory testing & Traceability
Harness IDs & QA records support faster fault isolation and handover clarity.
Cleaner commissioning packs
-
Future-ready & Adaptable
Supports Smart control strategies and upgrades with minimal disruption.
Subject to Project selections/approvals
-
Safer Crews, cleaner sites
* Less on-site wiring congestion
* Fewer loose joins and exposed Conductors
* Cleaner, safer work zones
* Pre-site manufactured and tested wire harnesses
Better quality control
How it Works
A repeatable process thats easy to coordinate during design/VE and simple to roll out accross multiple floors
Design Coordination
Confirm typical apartment Typologies, circuit architecture, device schedule, and hub locations
Off-Site Manufacture
Harnesses are manufactured for Plug and Play installation
Rapid installation
Install hubs and connect harnesses for devices and switches
Simplified Commissioning
Traceability supports testing, fault isolation, and cleaner handover documentation
Built for people who protect margin
P-HUB is designed to work with the Entire Project Team - especially where repetion creates leverage
-
Developers
Reduce programme risk and support repeatable delivery across towers
-
Builders / D&C
Improve buildability, reduce defects, and simplify staging.
-
Electrical Contractors
Fewer terminations, cleaner rough-in, clearer commissioning packs.
-
Consultants / Certifiers
Traceability + defined architecture supports compliance review.
FAQs
What Is the P-HUB System?
A modular electrical wiring planform that uses a central hub
as a star-point for pre-wired harnesses, replacing much of traditional
point-to-point wiring for typical room-to-room circuits.
Does it replace the switchboard?
NO - The P-HUB System is NOT a protection device – it is a
distribution hub.
Is it suitable for high-rise apartments?
YES - especially where typologies repeat (1BR/2BR/3BR stacks), enabling consistent installations and scalable Quality Assurance.
Can it work with smart switches and sensors?
YES - compatible with smart control strategies and future
upgrades, subject to project-specific selections and approvals.
How do approvals and compliance work?
We provide drawings, circuit architecture, harness
schedules, and a compliance/test approach to support certifiers, builders, and
electrical contractors through review and commissioning.
Where does it fit in the project lifecycle?
Early - during design/VE and coordination. Once typologies
and device schedules are confirmed (typically lights, fans, switches),
harnesses can be manufactured off-site to support rapid installation.
Is it approved by the Australian Electrical Industry?
YES - designed and manufactured to AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 61535:2011.
